Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Freelance Trainer specializing in Business Analysis classroom training. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging classroom sessions, developing course curriculum, teaching key business analysis concepts, and providing coaching to participants. The role also includes adapting content to the specific needs of learners and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Training and Coaching experience with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Teaching methodologies for business analysis
- Experience in Sales, including communication and persuasion skills, to connect with diverse audiences
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus
- Understanding of remote training tools and technologies
- Experience in delivering corporate or classroom training is an advantage
