Role Description The Faculty Lecturer is a full-time, on-site role located at Al-Beroni University in Golbahar. The lecturer will deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses, prepare and update syllabi, and design assessments aligned with departmental standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting lectures, leading seminars, advising learners, grading assignments and exams, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum and program development, and engaging in scholarly or professional activities. The lecturer is expected to support university initiatives, uphold academic integrity, and contribute to a positive and inclusive campus environment.
Qualifications

  • Strong teaching skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and facilitate discussions in diverse classrooms.
  • Experience in curriculum planning, course design, and assessment development aligned with academic standards.
  • Solid academic background in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of a master’s degree; a doctorate is preferred.
