Role Description This full-time EYFS Cambridge Teacher role is an on-site position based in Tunisia. The EYFS Cambridge Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years framework, ensuring a stimulating and safe learning environment for young learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of assessments and reports. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum development, attend training sessions, and participate in school events and parent meetings. The role also involves supporting learners’ social, emotional, and academic development through inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design and deliver effective EYFS Cambridge lessons.
  • Candidates should demonstrate solid Education and Training skills to apply early years pedagogy and support continuous professional development.
  • Candidates should have excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with learners, families, and colleagues.
  • Relevant teaching qualification in Early Years or Primary Education; Cambridge curriculum experience is highly beneficial.
  • Experience teaching EYFS or early childhood in an international or bilingual school environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
  • Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and child well-being.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French or Arabic) are a plus.
