Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Principal Advisor role located in Bharatpur. The Principal Advisor will oversee academic programs, mentor faculty, and ensure the school aligns with educational standards and goals. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance teaching methodologies, overseeing curriculum implementation, fostering a collaborative learning environment, providing leadership guidance, and engaging with students, staff, and parents to support holistic development.
Qualifications
- Strong academic and administrative leadership skills, including people management and team collaboration.
- Expertise in curriculum development, policy implementation, and educational program improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, decision-making capacity, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or educational leader is highly preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required; advanced certifications or specialization in relevant educational areas desired.
- Passionate about fostering academic excellence and promoting student achievement in a student-centric environment.
- Ability to uphold standards of quality, ethical integrity, and a strong commitment to educational values.
