Role Overview

We are hiring an ESL Teacher to teach English to non-native speakers across age groups. The role combines clear teaching technique with patient, encouraging presence — helping students actually use English with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons via video

– Plan lessons aligned to learner goals (conversational, business, exam prep)

– Provide pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary feedback

– Track learner progress through assessments and milestones

– Maintain accurate session notes and lesson plans

– Adapt teaching style to different age groups, levels, and cultural backgrounds

Required Skills and Qualifications

– TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification

– Bachelor's degree (subject flexible)

– 2+ years of ESL teaching experience

– Native or near-native English fluency

– Comfort with online teaching platforms and digital teaching tools

– Patience, warmth, and care for student outcomes
