We are looking for an English Language Trainer to enhance the communication skills of our engineering team, focusing on pronunciation, speech sound perception and correcting common grammatical mistakes, in an engaging and supportive learning environment where employees continuously grow their English proficiency.
This is an in-office role at JTL in Ho Chi Minh City, centered on corporate English training for our engineering teams. You design and run interactive sessions that build pronunciation, listening, and everyday business communication. This is a full-time position at JTL.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Operational Training: interactive sessions, gamification, and 1:1 coaching, with training designed individually for each employee
- Tactical Planning & Evaluation: co-design an individual program for each employee, evaluate its effectiveness, and build a vocabulary pool
- Pronunciation Improvement: train industry terms and business vocabulary
- Speech Sound Perception: listening exercises to sharpen auditory discrimination
- Common Mistakes Correction: identify, document, and correct errors with continuous feedback
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Experience as a private teacher, tutor, teaching assistant, or L&D officer (HR)
- Open to Internship, Fresher, and Entry-Level candidates
- Experience teaching English as a second language, ideally corporate or technical
- Strong understanding of phonetics and pronunciation training techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
Nice To Have
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or IELTS (7.0+) or a related field
- Experience with gamification in training programs
- Familiarity with the language needs of engineering and technical professionals
