Job Summary
CAVEC Global is seeking a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to provide IELTS, TOEFL, and communication skills training to candidates from the North East region of India aspiring for international education, employment, and migration opportunities. The trainer will be responsible for improving candidates' English proficiency, confidence, and overall communication skills to meet global standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver IELTS and TOEFL preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
Conduct English language enhancement programs focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
Train candidates in workplace communication, interview skills, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
Assess candidates' language proficiency and prepare personalized improvement plans.
Conduct regular mock tests, practice sessions, and performance evaluations.
Provide individual feedback and coaching to help candidates achieve target scores.
Develop training materials, worksheets, assessments, and study resources.
Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.
Support candidates preparing for overseas employment and international academic programs.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS, TOEFL, and English language training methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
IELTS, TOEFL, TESOL, CELTA, TEFL,
or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Previous experience in IELTS/TOEFL coaching, spoken English training, or international student preparation preferred.

Understanding of the learning needs of candidates.
Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience in online and classroom-based training.
Knowledge of overseas employment and study requirements.
