Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Faculty specializing in the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE / AS & A Level) to join our team at Seedling Group of Schools. In this full-time on-site role based in Udaipur, India, the candidate will be responsible for teaching English, planning and delivering lectures, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and fostering a dynamic learning environment that promotes academic excellence and critical thinking.
Qualifications
- Expertise in English Teaching and Teaching at an advanced level.
- Proficiency in English Literature and the ability to teach various literary forms and topics.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, particularly with the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE / AS & A Level).
- Strong understanding of Literature and its application in educational contexts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to support diverse learning needs.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching credentials such as B.Ed. or an equivalent certification are preferred.
- Prior experience teaching IGCSE or AS & A Level will be an added advantage.
