- A deep love of teaching young children and a gift for channeling their energy into musical growth
- Training in Kodály, Orff-Schulwerk, or a comparable research-based approach to elementary music education
- Skill in designing engaging, multisensory music experiences that are accessible to learners of all profiles

What You'll Do
