We’re hiring at Odyssey FM!
We’re looking for a Full-Time Elementary Guide to join our learner-centered microschool in the Fargo-Moorhead area starting in mid-August.
This is a great fit for someone who loves working with children, believes kids are capable of far more than we often realize, and is excited by a Montessori-inspired, hands-on learning environment.
This is not a traditional “stand at the front of the room and lecture all day” role. We’re looking for someone who can help guide learners toward independence, responsibility, curiosity, and growth.
Details:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Montessori, Acton Academy, homeschooling, microschools, tutoring, childcare, camps, or elementary education is helpful, but not required
The right person does not need to have every answer on day one. We care deeply about character, reliability, coachability, and potential.
