We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator / Pre-School Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young learners while supporting their overall development. Responsibilities and qualifications are aligned with common CBSE early-years teaching expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities and lessons.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Conduct storytelling, phonics, rhymes, art & craft, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Observe and assess student progress and maintain records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development.
- Participate in school events, training programs, and curriculum planning.
Qualifications:
- NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed in ECCE qualification preferred.
- Freshers with relevant certification may apply.
- Prior experience in Pre-School, Nursery, or Early Years education is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, creative, and child-centric approach.
