Who we are: Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center has been faithfully serving families in the Madison area through daycare and education since 2004. Since we are a family-run preschool and childcare center, the children who step through our doors are like an extension of our own family. From the youngest baby on site to the most senior staff member, we treat each other the way we’d like to be treated: as valuable, creative individuals. As a faith-based daycare, we center our decisions on Christian values of love, respect, honor, integrity, kindness and grace. About the Job: This role is responsible for all planning and coordinating for the classroom and curriculum needs for Kids Junction Preschool Program for an assigned classroom.
We’re Looking for Team Members Who:
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent
- Have necessary coursework or be willing to complete necessary coursework, as required by licensure requirements for the role
- Have experience working the fields of early childhood, especially in a licensed center
- Love working with children and have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
- Have the ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrate good communication skills and are skilled in remaining composed and effective in challenging situations
