Role Overview
FoxClub is looking for experienced and dedicated Senior Early Childcare Facilitators who can lead classrooms, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences. This permanent position is ideal for educators with a strong background in early childhood education who want to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead classroom activities following FoxClub’s Finnish-inspired curriculum
- Plan and execute daily learning plans including circle time, stories, art, music, and outdoor play
- Mentor and guide junior facilitators
- Monitor and document individual child development progress
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and daily updates
- Participate in curriculum planning and professional development
- Support school events, programs, and parent engagement activities
Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in preschool or early childcare settings
- Strong understanding of play-based and child-centric teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities and ability to mentor team members
- Knowledge of Finnish or Montessori or Reggio-inspired pedagogy is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (B.Ed / NTT / ECCE diploma preferred)
