Daycare Teacher Assistant – FT Jobs in Fort Wayne, IN at Kids Castle Learning Center
Responsibilities:
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
– Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
– Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
– Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
– Monitor and manage children’s behavior, promoting positive interactions
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required….Must be at least 18 yrs old
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
– CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Note: Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus.
