Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, Forex fundamentals, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials, assessments, and knowledge evaluations to support employee development.
- Monitor training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback, and performance analysis, and continuously improve training outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of learning while ensuring training aligns with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of corporate training experience; Forex knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and English language skills.
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude, able to simplify complex concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
