We are looking for a Curriculum & Pedagogy Lead to help shape transformative learning experiences across our campuses in Bulandshahr, Sitapur, and Chennai.

This role is an opportunity to work closely with institutional leadership to reimagine curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices for a learner-centric, future-ready education system rooted in both national priorities and global best practices.

Role Overview 

The Curriculum & Pedagogy Lead will work closely with the CEO who enables the institutional vision across all campuses. The CPL role encompasses depth of knowledge, understanding of global standards for curriculum and pedagogy, research, content creation, team building, coaching and mentoring towards designing and implementation of learner – learning centric education. An understanding and awareness of the idea of meritocracy, aspiration and all round excellence for students from the remotest parts of the country, would be needed. The role requires a progressive, creative, and courageous approach to nurturing empowered leaders. 

Key Responsibilities

• To lead curriculum design, review, and alignment with the National Curriculum Framework, integrating global best practices

• To drive responsible innovative, experiential, and competency-based teaching-learning practices. 

• To design and deliver professional development programs in alignment with institutional goals.

• To monitor and sustain quality in all areas of curriculum and classroom practices in alignment with desired learning outcomes. 

• Develop robust assessment frameworks aligned with competency- and skill-based learning • Collaborate with school leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistency, relevance and excellence across campuses

 Key Requirements 

• Postgraduate in any recognised domain of knowledge. 

• 8–12 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and policy design and implementation in the areas of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating 21st-century skills into the curriculum. 

• Industry awareness, open mindedness and adaptive to change. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Strong commitment to educational quality and relevance 

• An experience of school leadership (though not essential) would add value.
