Title: Curriculum Designer, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) – $100,000/year USD
Company: Crossover
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Do you possess the ability to parse the fine details of a Shakespearean sonnet or deconstruct a word's phonetic elements with precision? Picture applying that depth of linguistic and literary knowledge alongside advanced AI to reshape how millions of learners achieve mastery in language and literature. At 2 Hour Learning, we aren't simply writing the next chapter of English education—we're designing it as an adaptive, immersive learning journey.
We are searching for a visionary professional to spearhead our efforts in revolutionizing English and Language Arts instruction through sophisticated data analysis, groundbreaking AI integration, and comprehensive subject expertise. Your mission? To double the rate at which students acquire language skills and literary comprehension, spanning foundational phonics through advanced critical analysis.
2 Hour Learning is reshaping K-12 education with measurable, undeniable outcomes. Our AI-powered learning platform is redefining student achievement, allowing learners to master content at twice the pace of conventional schooling. We aren't adjusting the existing system; we're reconstructing it entirely, backed by data that validates our approach. Students on our platform routinely score 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, exhibit over two years' growth on annual MAP assessments, and exceed their own assumptions about their potential.
If you are prepared to deploy profound ELA knowledge within an AI-driven system already delivering proven outcomes, submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Examine student reading and writing performance metrics — including Reel engagement, MAP scores, and assessment outcomes — leveraging AI workflows and LLM orchestrations to pinpoint learning gaps and architect targeted interventions. (Approximately 40% of your time.)
- Building AI-driven tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, transforming grammar into something intuitive, vocabulary development into an engaging process, and literary analysis into something accessible across all proficiency levels.
- Creating dynamic learning sequences that adjust in real-time, shepherding students from foundational phonics through the interpretation of sophisticated texts, guaranteeing each learner advances at their optimal rate.
- Collaborate with subject matter authorities, assessment professionals, and AI engineers to ensure content alignment with curriculum standards and verify the accuracy of AI-produced materials.
- Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-augmented experiences that both educate learners and spark genuine enthusiasm for reading and composition.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing traditional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated framework.
- Manually grading mountains of essays — AI manages assessment volume, allowing you to concentrate on system refinement rather than paper marking.
- Teaching toward standardized exam preparation — students in this environment already exceed AP performance standards, so your efforts target deepening understanding, not test-prep compliance.
