Free Mind Project is building a premium online meditation program for working professionals. We are looking for a Course Coordinator to support and manage the program end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of education, wellness, and a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage online meditation course batches from start to finish
- Onboard students by sharing links, materials, and pre-class instructions
- Track attendance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Manage all communication with students and instructors
- Collect feedback and prepare batch performance summaries
Important Conditions
- Work from the office is mandatory
- Candidates must bring their own laptop (internet and power will be provided)
- This is a coordination and management role, not a teaching or instructor position
