This position as a Registered Early Childhood Educator involves planning, organizing, and evaluating engaging activities that promote development for children. Establishing daily schedules and managing both group and individual activities will be key. You will facilitate important interactions and help children express themselves effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate developmentally suitable learning activities
• Ensure a daily balance of indoor and outdoor experiences
• Develop schedules that support child autonomy and care
• Arrange learning materials before activities
• Engage children in meaningful conversations
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Early Childhood Education program
• Registered with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
