Role Description The Computer Science Teaching Assistant will support the delivery of online computer science learning experiences for users of the Humansales AI platform. This full-time, remote role involves assisting with the creation and updating of educational content, including tutorials, coding examples, and conceptual explanations related to computer science and practical programming for sales and automation workflows. The Teaching Assistant will help respond to learner questions, clarify concepts, and provide guidance through discussion forums, chat, or virtual sessions. They will collaborate with instructors and product teams to identify learner needs, improve course materials, and ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with platform features. The role also includes reviewing assignments or exercises, giving constructive feedback, and helping track learner progress and common areas of difficulty.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and practical Programming skills relevant to web applications, automation, or data-driven tools.
- Background in Computer Science Education or related instructional experience, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Experience in Assistant Teaching or academic support (e.g., tutoring, grading, mentoring) in computer science or related fields.
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills for remote collaboration and learner support.
- Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment in a degree program) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, digital-first environment using online collaboration and learning tools.
- Experience with online education, learning management systems, or technical documentation is a plus.
- Interest in AI, sales technology, or productivity tools and the ability to connect computer science concepts to real-world business use cases.
