Position: Childcare Assistant Role in Early Education
Support child development as a Part-Time Early Childhood Educator Assistant in Parksville, BC. Collaborate with ECEs to cultivate a safe, inclusive space for children’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to promote inclusion and excellence
• Implement developmentally appropriate educational experiences
• Maintain schedules for indoor and outdoor activities
• Ensure children’s safety and engagement at all times
• Provide empathetic care for children’s physical needs
Requirements:
• Current ECEA Certification required in B.C.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Commitment to a Monday-Friday schedule is essential
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must be 19 years or older and eligible to work in Canada
