Talent Craft India is a leading online skill-development platform dedicated to helping children aged 5–15 years develop essential life skills through engaging programs such as Chess, Rubik's Cube, Coding, and Abacus. We are looking for passionate Chess Coaches who can inspire young minds and make learning enjoyable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online chess classes for students aged 5–15 years.
- Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, tactics, and advanced concepts based on student levels.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and management.
- Conduct demo sessions for prospective students when required.
- Maintain class discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Support students in preparing for chess tournaments and competitions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of chess principles, openings, middle-game strategies, and endgames.
- Minimum 1 year of chess teaching or coaching experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable teaching children online using Zoom or Google Meet.
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about working with young learners.
- Chess certifications or tournament achievements will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- FIDE Rating or recognized chess coaching certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience teaching group and one-on-one classes.
- Familiarity with online chess platforms such as Chess.com and Lichess.
