In this probationary role, you will teach Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry courses as part of the Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and diploma programs. Your responsibilities will include delivering curricula, conducting assessments, and instilling a passion for chemistry in students across various learning styles. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate curriculum and participate in collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry courses
• Facilitate learning for students from diverse backgrounds
• Conduct assessments that promote student success
• Engage in curriculum development and renewal
• Participate in scholarly activities to enhance the learning environment
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Preferred:
PhD in Biochemistry or related discipline
• Experience teaching at the undergraduate level
• Expertise in biochemistry and organic chemistry
