Position: Bilingual Learning Development Specialist Role
Advance your expertise as a Bilingual Learning Development Specialist with our Business Management team. Engage in the design and delivery of impactful training across multiple teams for 14 months.
This position requires a dynamic professional with post-secondary education in Learning & Development and over three years of relevant training experience. You will focus on developing curricula, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Your role will directly influence the training of SOCON teams, enhancing their operational and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs assessments for specific learning requirements
• Develop engaging training curricula and facilitate various learning sessions
• Collaborate with experts for content validation during development
• Create onboarding programs and provide employee mentorship
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest instructional improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Learning & Development
• Minimum 3 years of corporate training experience
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and e-learning design tools
• Fluent in English and French for effective communication
