Role Description: This is NOT a traditional teaching role. The 21st Century Skills Program Execution Manager is a classroom coach, facilitator, and student engagement leader — delivering Lean Hyphen's structured programs in assigned schools and ensuring every student leaves the session more confident, more communicative, and more inspired than when they walked in.

  • You will work in a school at Gudur, building relationships with teachers and coordinators, maintaining delivery quality, and reporting program outcomes to the academic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Learning Experiences

•     Deliver 21st-century skills sessions using structured curriculum and lesson plans

•     Drive high student engagement through interactive and activity-based methods

•     Facilitate communication, leadership, creativity, and teamwork activities

•     Encourage participation from every student and create a positive classroom environment

Manage Student Engagement

•     Drive high levels of student involvement in every session

•     Identify and support less-active or disengaged students

•     Motivate students to complete projects, presentations, and activities

•     Build confidence and communication skills among learners

Program Execution

•     Deliver structured Lean Hyphen programs consistently across assigned schools

•     Ensure activity quality and implementation consistency in every session

•     Conduct workshops, competitions, presentations, and special school events

•     Support pilot programs and new school initiatives as required

School Coordination

•     Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and school management

•     Maintain session reports and student participation records

•     Share regular feedback and improvement suggestions with internal teams

•     Build strong, ongoing relationships with school stakeholders

WHO SHOULD APPLY

✔     Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline with a genuine passion for teaching and student development

✔     Candidates with prior teaching, facilitation, or training experience in schools, tuition centres, NGOs, EdTech, or soft skills training will have a strong advantage

✔     Fresher’s who enjoy working with children, are confident public speakers, and can hold a room are welcome to apply

✔     Candidates who are energetic, self-directed, and committed to making a difference in students' lives

SKILLS REQUIRED

Communication & Facilitation

•     Strong spoken and written communication in English and Telugu

•     Excellent presentation and public speaking confidence

•     Ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly to school students

Classroom & Student Management

•     Student handling ability — comfortable managing groups of 30–60 students

•     Strong classroom management and activity facilitation skills

•     Ability to identify and include disengaged or shy students

Execution & Ownership

•     Strong execution and follow-through — delivers what is committed, on time

•     Leadership mindset — takes ownership of session quality without being managed

•     Problem-solving attitude — adapts on the spot when plans change
