Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Glasgow for an Associate Teaching Team Member. In this role, you will assist in delivering high-quality training sessions in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and Pre-Hospital Emergency Care. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, engaging participants in hands-on practical exercises, evaluating their performance, and ensuring all training adheres to company and industry standards. You will also support the primary instructors as needed and provide feedback to participants to help them achieve their certification requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and Pre-Hospital Emergency Care training.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage training schedules and prepare course materials.
- Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to participants during evaluations and practical exercises.
- Willingness to work on-site in Glasgow and collaborate effectively with a teaching team.
- Possession of relevant certifications in First Aid or Mental Health First Aid is preferred but not required.
- A passion for health and safety education and a commitment to professional development in this field.
