Appointment Types
- Reduced‑workload sessional appointment: 9 to less than 15 semester hours per semester for one or two semesters.
- Part‑time hourly appointment: less than 9 semester hours per semester for one or two semesters.
AA support is academically required to deliver the undergraduate courses/sections. The successful applicant will be provided appropriate AA support. Additionally, if eligible, they will receive 20% of the total extra student payment as outlined in Article
17 of the Unit1 Collective Agreement.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in a related discipline.
- Eng. license.
- Evidence of having maintained up‑to‑date knowledge and/or academic currency in a specific field/discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with colleagues and students.
- Demonstrated teaching skills.
