Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Professor of Management, based in Trivandrum. The assistant professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in management courses, with a primary focus on Organizational Behavior. Responsibilities include designing and developing curricula, conducting impactful research, providing mentorship to students, evaluating academic performance, and maintaining active participation in professional development. Collaboration with colleagues and contributing to academic events and activities are also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and experience in University Teaching.
- Competence in Curriculum Development for management and business education programs.
- Strong research capabilities with a proven track record of academic or professional publications.
- Basic understanding of Marketing concepts relevant to management education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- A PhD or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience teaching at the university level is highly desirable.
