Franklin Hudson – The International School of Management is expanding its global affiliated faculty network and invites applications from high-caliber academics and practitioner-scholars.
We are a globally oriented graduate and doctoral business school, delivering academically rigorous, research-driven, and practice-oriented programs to experienced professionals and senior executives across five continents.
This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking to contribute to a selective, international academic environment through a structured, long-term affiliated-faculty framework.
Faculty Engagement Model
Affiliated Faculty are appointed under an umbrella academic agreement, with task-based engagements aligned with expertise.
Typical contributions include:
- Doctoral dissertation supervision (Chair / Co-Chair)
- Second reader and dissertation committee roles
- Online course delivery (graduate and doctoral level)
- In-person course blocks across international locations (Paris, New York, global hubs)
- Participation in applied research, academic development, and institutional projects
- Advisory and governance contributions within programs
Compensation is assignment-based, reflecting academic responsibility and scope of engagement.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Doctoral degree or terminal degree (PhD, JD or equivalent) in the field of expertise from an accredited institution
- Proven practitioner experience at a meaningful level (industry, consulting, executive roles, entrepreneurship)
- Demonstrated ability to connect academic work to real-world organizational contexts
- Native or fully professional fluency in English (all teaching and supervision conducted in English)
