Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage class schedules between students and instructors.
  • Assign classes and teaching hours to instructors based on availability and workload.
  • Follow up with new students transferred from the Sales team and prepare them for trial classes.
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of trial sessions.
  • Support student retention by regularly following up with current students.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues related to students or instructors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor instructor performance and report academic operational status to management.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain operational sheets (schedules, attendance, follow-ups, and assignments).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Academic, and Management) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in academic coordination or educational operations (online education preferred).
  • Strong scheduling, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with students and instructors.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in student retention, customer success, or student support is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
