Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage class schedules between students and instructors.
- Assign classes and teaching hours to instructors based on availability and workload.
- Follow up with new students transferred from the Sales team and prepare them for trial classes.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of trial sessions.
- Support student retention by regularly following up with current students.
- Handle and resolve operational issues related to students or instructors in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor instructor performance and report academic operational status to management.
- Prepare, update, and maintain operational sheets (schedules, attendance, follow-ups, and assignments).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Academic, and Management) to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in academic coordination or educational operations (online education preferred).
- Strong scheduling, organization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with students and instructors.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Experience in student retention, customer success, or student support is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
