Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Facilitator based at our G.T Road Campus in Rawalpindi. The Academic Facilitator will be responsible for planning and executing engaging lesson plans, supporting individualized student learning, evaluating academic progress, and maintaining high educational standards. The role also involves effective classroom management, assisting with curriculum development, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment to promote student success.
Qualifications
- Lesson planning, curriculum design, and an understanding of student-centered learning methodologies
- Efficient classroom management, assessment, and evaluation techniques
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and encourage active participation and curiosity in students
- Familiarity with modern educational tools and technology is an advantage
- Professional teaching certification or relevant educational background
- Previous experience in teaching or academic facilitation is preferred
