Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and learner-focused Academic Advisor / Instructional Designer / ESL Teacher to support student success through academic guidance, curriculum development, and English language instruction. This role combines advising, instructional design, and teaching responsibilities to create engaging, effective, and personalized learning experiences.
The successful candidate will provide academic advising to learners by helping them select courses, develop study plans, and navigate their educational pathways. You will monitor student progress, identify learning challenges, and recommend appropriate academic resources and strategies to support achievement and retention.
In addition to advisory responsibilities, you will design and develop instructional materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities. You will apply instructional design principles to create structured, engaging, and outcome-driven learning experiences across online and classroom environments.
The role also includes delivering ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction to learners of varying proficiency levels. You will conduct interactive lessons, improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and provide constructive feedback to support language development and confidence.
Key responsibilities include curriculum development, lesson planning, academic support, learner assessment, progress tracking, and continuous improvement of learning materials and teaching methods. You will collaborate with academic teams to ensure content quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications
