Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Experience creating online courses, educational content, or training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing self-paced e-learning courses.
- Knowledge of multimedia content creation tools.
- Familiarity with assessment design and learning analytics.
