岗位：【少儿英语教师】
您需：
- 能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.
- 能够在外教课堂中担任助教工作；
Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.
- 能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件；
Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.
- 能够通过电话教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；
Track students’ learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, and so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.
- 能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；
Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.
我们希望您：
- 大学本科或以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经历者可适当放宽）
University degree or above; (English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)
- 口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
- 热爱儿童和英语教育事业；
Loves children, and having an English educational career;
- 乐于接受全新的教育理念和教学模式；
Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching
- 性格开朗热情，活泼大方；
Warm and cheerful, lively and generous;
- 形象好，气质佳；
Good image and attitude；
