Lexicon MILE – Department of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (DHMCT) invites applications from passionate educators and hospitality professionals for the position of assistant professor – front office.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in front office operations while preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments and evaluating student performance.
✅ Supervise the Front Office Laboratory, ensuring smooth operation of PMS software, reservation systems, and guest service simulations and maintaining professional hospitality standards.
✅ Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality initiatives, research, publications, and continuous professional development to keep pace with evolving hospitality industry practices and emerging technologies.
✅ Build and strengthen industry collaborations to facilitate hotel visits, guest lectures, internships, live projects, and placement opportunities for students.
✅ Guide and mentor students in developing professional communication, guest relations, customer service excellence, and leadership skills required in the hospitality industry.
✅ Actively participate in departmental, institutional, accreditation, and other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
