Position: Full-Time Youth Pastor Role, Bethel Baptist

Join Bethel Baptist Church in Newell, IA, as a Youth Pastor dedicated to the spiritual growth of youth. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration with pastoral leadership and community engagement.
You will be instrumental in promoting a vibrant youth ministry, focusing on students in grades 7-12. Candidates should possess prior youth ministry experience or substantial biblical training. A married couple with shared ministry involvement is highly preferred to enrich the team environment. Your main goal will be to mentor youth while translating God’s Word in line with church doctrine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with pastoral staff to lead youth programs
• Create and implement activities that foster spiritual growth
• Build relationships with youth and their families
• Provide biblical guidance to students as needed
• Engage in Sunday worship services and preaching preparations
Requirements:
• Experience in youth ministry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or good biblical training required
• Ability to align teachings with Bethel’s doctrine
• Effective communication and relational skills
