We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. As a Young Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 1 to 2 years.
Duties
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
– Create a welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
– Provide individualized attention to each child, recognizing their unique needs and learning styles.
– Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.
– Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and developmental milestones.
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
– Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
-Must be at least 18yrs old
-Have a High school Diploma
-2 years working with young children in a childcare setting
