Role Description/CriteriaCtP is an integral part of the faith community of St Catherine of Siena, Caroline Springs and is one of three primary schools in the parish. CtP is governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) Limited. MACS is the employer of employees at Christ the Priest Catholic Primary School.Christ the Priest (CtP) Catholic Primary School is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.We are seeking candidates with the following desired qualities:1. Be faith-filled with a strong commitment to the Catholic Ethos of the school and the spiritual, emotional, social and educational wellbeing of all students 2. A collaborative approach with colleagues, parents and students.3. Strong behaviour management practices4. Skills to use data to inform the teaching and learning of students5.
