Position: Well-Being Counsellor at BSS

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with faculty on student well-being
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions
• Develop workshops on well-being topics
• Monitor student achievement and progress
• Support student transitions between grade levels
Requirements:
• Master or Bachelor’s in Social Work or related fields
• Experience in high school or educational settings
• Expert knowledge of students’ developmental needs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops for students and parents
