Role Overview
We are hiring a Web Development Mentor to deliver technical training, create learning
content, and mentor students in frontend, backend, and full-stack development
concepts. The role involves simplifying technical concepts and guiding students through
practical implementation and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct online/offline sessions on Web Development concepts and technologies
● Develop course content, LMS materials, and recorded video lectures
● Create assignments, capstone projects, and industrial-level projects
● Conduct live classes and doubt-solving sessions
● Mentor students and provide technical guidance throughout the program
● Train students on frontend and backend technologies
● Guide students in portfolio building and project deployment
● Stay updated with the latest web development trends and tools
Requirements
● Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
● 1–2 years of experience (industry / trainer / mentor)
Strong knowledge of:
● HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● React.js
● Node.js & Express.js
● MongoDB / SQL
● Git & GitHub
● Good communication and teaching skills
● Understanding of frontend, backend, and full-stack development concepts
Working Structure
● Flexible part-time engagement
● Session-based / hourly involvement
