Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal based in Hyderabad. The Vice Principal will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, support curriculum development, and ensure compliance with academic standards. Responsibilities include teacher mentorship, coordinating academic and extracurricular programs, managing student discipline, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and effective learning environment. The Vice Principal will also assist the Principal in strategic planning, staff development, and maintaining a safe and productive school environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in school administration or related roles
- Educational expertise, including curriculum planning, evaluation, and implementation
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
- Experience in teacher mentorship, professional development, and team collaboration
- Knowledge of education policies, regulatory compliance, and student welfare practices
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and student-centered educational environment
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies is beneficial
- Previous experience in international or multicultural academic settings is an advantage
