Role Description The Vice Principal role is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Noida. The Vice Principal will support the Principal in overseeing academic and administrative operations, including curriculum implementation, timetable planning, and coordination of examinations. This role involves supervising and mentoring teaching staff, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, and promoting effective teaching practices. The Vice Principal will handle student discipline, guide student welfare initiatives, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. The position also requires regular interaction with parents and guardians, participation in school events, and contribution to strategic planning and continuous improvement of the school’s educational programs.
Qualifications
- Strong academic leadership skills, including experience in school administration, curriculum planning, and CBSE compliance.
- Proficiency in staff management, including mentoring teachers, conducting performance reviews, and organizing professional development.
- Demonstrated ability in student support, including counseling skills, managing discipline, and promoting holistic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Proven organizational and decision-making abilities, including handling multiple priorities and resolving issues promptly.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior academic or administrative role in a CBSE-affiliated school is highly desirable.
