Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway, located in Gurugram. The Vice Principal will oversee academic and administrative operations, ensure high standards in curriculum delivery, and collaborate with teachers to develop innovative teaching strategies. The role includes supporting student development, managing school events and activities, and addressing any concerns from parents or staff. Additionally, the Vice Principal will assist in promoting the school's vision and upholding a safe, secure, and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting, including team management and operational oversight
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and academic assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle administrative responsibilities and oversee multiple activities
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- A commitment to the holistic development of students and fostering an engaging learning environment
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in CBSE curriculum and day-boarding school systems is a strong advantage
