Keystone Christian Academy is a mission-driven, private Christian school serving students in and around York City. Our mission is to provide students with a tailored education in a family-like setting that equips them to develop their gifts and serve Christ with head, hands, and heart. For many, tuition is funded by generous donors providing scholarships, making it our responsibility to ensure that opportunity turns into real growth for the students entrusted to us.

We are looking for a 3rd Grade Teacher who wants to do more than deliver lessons. We are looking for someone who wants to build structure, set expectations, and help students develop both academically and personally.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for leading a 3rd grade classroom and teaching core subjects, including:

  • Language Arts
  • Math
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Bible

In addition, you will:

  • Create and implement clear, structured lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behavior and build a focused learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Communicate consistently with parents and guardians
  • Adjust instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Reinforce effort, accountability, and follow-through in students
