We are looking for a 3rd Grade Teacher who wants to do more than deliver lessons. We are looking for someone who wants to build structure, set expectations, and help students develop both academically and personally.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for leading a 3rd grade classroom and teaching core subjects, including:
- Language Arts
- Math
- Science
- Social Studies
- Bible
In addition, you will:
- Create and implement clear, structured lesson plans
- Manage classroom behavior and build a focused learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
- Communicate consistently with parents and guardians
- Adjust instruction to meet individual student needs
- Reinforce effort, accountability, and follow-through in students
