Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The University Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting academic research, mentoring and advising students, and contributing to curriculum planning and development. The role also entails evaluating student performance, participating in faculty meetings, and collaborating with the academic community to enhance the institution's learning environment.

- Strong academic background with expertise in the relevant subject area
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging lectures and presentations
- Research skills to contribute to academic publications and projects
- Mentorship and student advising abilities to support academic and personal growth
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment methodologies
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in the relevant field; prior university teaching experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
