Hiring online instructors for:

US and Europe time zones preferred.
This role is ideal for graduate students, PhD candidates, postdocs, and adjunct instructors of top-50 national universities or national liberal arts colleges who enjoy teaching and are curious about broader educational work on a work-from-home basis. Over time, instructors can grow into curriculum development, mentorship, and operational roles.
About the company
Hermiona Education — a Boston‑based educational consultancy founded by an MIT grad — is expanding our team of one‑on‑one online instructors. We work with a highly international student base and are looking for strong educators to support students in reading comprehension and verbal reasoning for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE).
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated teaching experience (test prep or related fields) with evidence of student progress
• Excellent organization and communication
• Professionalism and ability to work independently
• Experience working with international or diverse student populations
• ~10–15 hours/week availability
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience teaching writing or composition
• One‑on‑one or online teaching experience
• Interest in longer‑term collaboration (2+ years)
• Curiosity about expanding beyond tutoring
