Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physics and Math Tutor at Prep Up Learning Centre, located in Dubai. The Tutor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, preparing and delivering tutoring sessions, assisting students with their coursework, and conducting assessments to track student progress. The tutor will also employ both theoretical and practical teaching methods, provide feedback to students, and participate in mentoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra
- Experience in Tutoring and Online Tutoring roles (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make concepts understandable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
- Ability to work well with students from diverse backgrounds
- Good background in various curriculums such as IGCSE, IB, AP etc.
