Role Description
We’re looking for subject tutors to join the ELMY247 platform and work with students across our supported curricula. As a tutor on ELMY247, you’ll conduct one-on-one online sessions, set your own availability, and work with students who are actively preparing for exams or building subject foundations. You’ll be part of a curated tutor network — meaning students come to you already matched by subject, level, and need. Sessions are conducted online, and you’ll have the flexibility to build your schedule around your existing commitments.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in your subject area, or a recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience tutoring or teaching at the IGCSE, A-Level, IB, national curriculum level, IELTS, or TOEFL.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant exam board specifications and marking expectations.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with online sessions.
• Clear, patient communication — you can explain concepts in multiple ways without making a student feel behind.
• Professionalism and follow-through: sessions start on time, students and parents can count on you.
Nice to have
Experience with Cambridge International examinations specifically; prior work with exam prep or past paper practice.
