Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert naval advice throughout training lifecycle

• Support the design of training system solutions
• Collaborate on proposals and training system improvement
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in RCN submarine operations
• Strong grasp of submarine and training systems
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Eligibility for Level II security clearance
