Role Description
This temporary on-site role in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, requires Trainers specializing in Digital Professions to design and deliver interactive, effective training sessions. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, teaching digital skills, assessing participants' progress, and offering guidance to enhance their professional development. Trainers will also collaborate with the organization to adapt training programs to reflect the evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including software essential to digital professions
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering engaging training sessions
- Skills in communication, coaching, and mentoring to support learners’ growth
